Vevek went on first against Gary Cummings, dropped one game for a relatively easy 3-1 win.
Dave then went on to play Lucy Clarkson, won a well contested 1st game against a very determined opponent, Dave then stepped-up a gear to win the next two easily against a very frustrated and disappointed opponent.
Chris then played Andre le Roux with Chris not yet completely recovered from a bout of Flu, got to the 5th game and then clawed his way from a seemingly impossible position to have match point at 15-14, and then gifted the match to his opponent by playing a few loose shots.
Flip was last against Harold, unfortunately his opponent pulled his hammy in the first game and retired to give Flip his best win of the season 3-0.
