First game of the 2nd half was a home game to CCJ. Almost the same side as the first half, with Jeff sitting out for Willem this time.
Stan postponed his game as he’s playing a tournament in Pretoria (as is their number 1).
Gary played first against Arthur, was 2-0 up but Arthur fought back, won the 3rd and the 4th was close with Gary just sneaking in.
Mike played next against one of their 2 Mikes, games were close but Mike Baldwin was in control throughout.
Willem played last against Alan who was no gentleman on the court. Willem was 2-0 up when Alan started turning and hitting the ball on Willem’s serve which resulted in Willem running out the way and Alan winning the point. So he kept doing it. Willem came off the court to discuss it with the marker and the marker (Arthur) gave the game against Willem for leaving the court. Willem lost the 4th but managed to hold it together and won the 5th comfortably.
